Electrical Planning Reports
CameronWray Energy Consulting develops Electrical Planning Reports for strata corporations as mandated by the Government of British Columbia. That’s it.
Beyond meeting provincial requirements, our goal is to give you a clear picture of where your strata is today, where it’s headed, and how to get there without costly surprises. You will receive practical, prioritized recommendations tailored to your building and your needs, helping you protect property value, support owner priorities, and make smart investments that keep your strata community future-ready.
We believe electrical systems should empower, not overwhelm. That’s why our reports are designed to be clear, actionable, and tailored to your specific needs. We take pride in being approachable professionals who listen carefully to understand your needs, think critically, and make thoughtful recommendations.
Your Electrical Planning Report will be prepared in accordance with the Strata Property Act, s. 94.1, and Strata Property Regulation B.C. Reg 43/2000, p. 5.2, requirements for strata corporations with five or more lots, and will follow the Province of BC’s Guidance for Preparing Electrical Planning Reports. The completed report will be a permanent record of the strata corporation, to be disclosed on a Form B: Information Certificate.
